Our property, Mineral Banks, is well equipped to provide the ideal environment for the education and training of the thoroughbred.

Located only 5 minutes from the Mornington racecourse and 10 minutes from the Mornington beach, each horse is able to be given the individual program it requires.

The training facility of Mineral Banks covers 55 acres, fenced with post and rail.

Our stabling comprises of an indoor block with 3.65 x 3.65m stables, walk in shelters with shaded day yards, fully covered 10 x 4.5m boxes, 1/4 acre paddocks with individual stables.

Our private training track, is a dirt/sand track which allows our horses to undertake valuable slow pace work in a quiet, comfortable and relaxed surroundings prior to commencing faster work at the Mornington Training Centre. The track is irrigated in drier months.

We have a walking machine and onsite swimming facilities and Mornington beach is only a 10 minute float trip away.

We utilise both the Balnarring and Mornington racecourses for fast work & barrier education.
